photo transfer

I can no longer transfer myphotos via media go my computer can not open them they appear in media go as camera icons with a question mark.. i tried looking at them just using expolrer but my computer cannot open tem. Help.

Settings > Xperia connectivity > USB connectivity > USB connection mode > MTP

Sorry but i dont see xperia connectivity as an option let alone usb.

Found that and i am on mtp.

Is the photos stored on the internal storage or the SD-card? Are you still unable to open these photos if you transfer them manually via file manager to your PC desktop?

They are on the card and they wont transfer manually i just get a note to say that the program cannot open that type of file, i have ehave tried using different programs to view them and i could not post them in emails either.

Can you tell us about your computer? Have you tested another computer?

If only some photos are not getting transferred then you should check if those are valid photographs I mean if they are not corrupted ones.
