Photo organizing

Couldn't come up with anything in a search. So is there anyway to create folders for photos so that I can access photos of a certain type, when I open my photos I don't always want to search by date or go through all of them.

You don't say whether you have an X10 biggun or mini so I will answer for the big ones!

You can create any number of sub-folders on your sd card in the picture folder so that when you open mediascape it offers you a 'My Albums' tag with them all in.  I personally used MediaGo on the PCcompanion to copy over a load of pics I wanted to be able to take around with me.

You could also use something like Linda file manager app free from market to create a new file on the phone (again within the picture folder) and move pictures that you have taken to it. It is just a bit more cumbersome in my opinion doing it on the phone rather than using the PC but still do-able.

I found that, when I added new folders, the face recognition stopped working.  When I deleted the folders, the face recognition worked again.

I contacted SE to ask what might be causing that, but they told me that they were too busy to answer my question...!

Lol.... well they are working on 2.1 arent they - please dont disturb them from that!!!  That might be why the face rec doesn't work very well on my phone, hadn't attributed it to that. Thanks for the tip!
