Phonecall speaker Issue

Rencently when I recieve calls , or call outbond I cannot hear what the peason on the othrside of the phone is saying . I have rencently been using the headphone socket , and when I plugged the headphones in , I can hear people through my headphones . This happened after using my walkmen player . If anyone has any suggestions to help with this problem , be very grateful.

Check the Volumes level in settings.

Then check with Diagnostics.

You can try a Factory Reset, but back up all your personal data first.

Think you will need to take it to a service center though.

I've been having call sound/quality issues that tuened out to be a faulty speaker. Unfortunately, 1 month after new speaker was fitted the problem has resurfaced

Going to have to return it to the shop again tomorrow

This is happening quite often to me on build 489.

To make it work again, I have to plug in my headphone, start a song in walkman (You should hear it normally in the headphone), do not stop the song and unplugged your headphone. Walkman should pause the song automatically. Press on Play and now the song should play in the phone speaker. It work for me!

I hope my carrier will have the update soon!
