Bridge for Mac not opening.

I tried to download bridge for mac from the website. the file got downloaded but it is not opening. it says 'tge following disk image could not be opened, reason: not recognized'

I have a macbook pro os x, version 10.7.2 with 2.4 ghz intel core i5 processor and I have a sony xperia z

any idea why this is happening and what I can do?

disbale your firewall and antivirus reinstall it and then try opening it
