Simple question: How do I encrypt my phone? I select the option available under settings, with a pin enabled. The phone seems to begin the process and restarts for the first time. The process does not continue after that despite warning me that it will take a few hours and several restarts. Further, the email app, my reason for starting down this road, will continue to prompt me for encryption. I am on Android 4.0.4, fully updated, charged, etc. Any advice is appreciated.
