phone volume goes dead ---> while listening music and 'call is received'/'miscall'

while listening music from any player (with or without headset), if some1 calls u , then volume goes dead

to solve this , i used to put call on speaker ..

else i hav to restart my cell to get things working again

this is happening with many xperia u mobiles ..
