Phone vibrator motor making loud rattling sound

Hope someone can help.

When my Z1 Compact gets a notification and vibrates, the motor makes a very loud rattling sound, much different to normal. It has done this on one-off occasions in the past, but the last week or so it is all the time. It is a horrible sound, is there anything I can do?

Unfortunately, this sounds like a hardware issue that needs to be examined/repaired at an authorized service center. I suggest that you visit nearest service center to have the phone examined. Can anybody tell me whether they have also had this problem with their Z1C and whether they were able to resolve it???

It is very annoying, such a horrible squeeky, clunky sound.

The same strange vibration occured in my Z1,now I don't use it on vibrations anymore. I have smartwear and that is how I see all content.
