i have xperia u and want ot update its androit into ICS bt cannot able to do this and service center also said that they have no updates so wat can i do please give me exact service center location in mumbai central so i can get my problem solved i have visited around 10 times to service center bt tehy said that come after 1 month every time since 1 year, so please help on it to me if your team have time to support its customer. i am previously using samsung and switch it over to sony but sony has no better services i have make a wrong decision to switch over bcoz there is no after sale service at your service center many a time i give my pphone to update it into ICS but they update android 2.3.7
i think sony get brand in mobiles so then forget after sales service their only work to increase the sales no service criteria is there. hope that u will revert back soon
