phone update stuck

Hi everyone,

I tried installing updates to my phone (it's an old Xperia, I'm not sure about the exect model), and now it seems to be stuck (looks like it's still working on the update, but it's been almost a day...)

I don't know what to do. I would appreciate some help.

if you cannot get the phone out of the update, I would suggest trying to do a software repair with Xperia Companion if it supports your device. Do you know if it part of the Sony Z series?

I think it's Xperia J..
