Phone turns on by itself

I'm not sure what happened. I bought c4 dual and upgraded to 5.1. The problem is I cannot turn off my phone. When I selected power off screen would go black and phone vibrated. Few minutes later it turn on by itself!!!. Only way out until now is forced shutdown by pressing power button with volume up button. Anybody please help me.

Hi @Komen,

Have you tried rebooting your phone to safe mode? This will disable all third party applications you have installed, and by doing this you can see if there's a third party application causing your problem. To reboot to safe mode do the following:
- Press and hold the power-button until a menu appears
- Press and hold Power off on the screen until a new menu appears
- When the phone asks to reboot to safe mode, press OK

What should I do in the safe mode?

@Patrik. I'm not sure what to do when I was in the safe mode. But after I tried to turn off in safe mode it still turn on by itself.

If the phone still turns on in safe mode I would advice you to send your phone in to an authorized service center for further investigation. For more information contact your local support.
