phone struks often while using apps.

Hi ,

I am prabhu, I've purchased my xperia J mobile on 23 Dec 12 in chennai with 16 GB external memory card mounted on it. I've been facing issues from the date i bought he phone. The main issue are listed below.

1.Takes long time even to open the contact list, text messages, photos(even after moving the photos to the external card) etc.

2.while playing games like temple run, subway surfers it struks in the middle often.

3.From middle of an applcation if i press the home button , it takes a while to return to the home page.

I updated my phone to the latest software on 26/04/13 in a sony service center in vadapalani chennai.Even after the update i am facing the same issues.

Kindly let me know what shall be done to fix the issues.

This all seems to be related to how much RAM you have available in your phone. If you have a lot of processes running in the background the phone will get slower. Are you using a lot of widgets or background processes?
