Phone software update server

hi,

As i connect to the sony pc companion to update the phone software, its showing that server cannot be connected.

this message is coming since 15-20 days as and when i try to update my phone through this facility.

* I had an internet connection while doing above process.

Hav you checked if your firewall is blocking it?
