i sent my phone off for repair almost a month ago. sony said they repaired it over two weeks ago and sent it back.but the postman couldnt find my address. haha. so they sent it back to sony, but nobody can seem to tell me where my phone is now and more importantly when will i get it back . my network provider is three and offered me £5 off my bill .
when i plugged my phone in to charge there was an almighty bang. and it wont charge also there was bits of metal stuck to my sim . lucky i wasnt chatting on the phone when that happened. come on sony give me my phone back .
