Dear sir/madame,
Two weeks ago I received a new Xperia Active which replaces my previous one which 'died'. With the new phone I experience random reboots. Approximately 3 times a week. I already reinstalled the software via the Sony update software. But the problems still exists. Does somebody has any idea to solve the issue?
(I'm still on the latest GB version).
Best regards,
Tom
try performing a settings reset first, and observe your phone
if it still occurs , try a factory data reset, and observe your phone again, be mindful of the apps you are installing if they illicit the reboot.
if all else fails, a software repair might do the job, download www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/
Well I already did a software repair. But not results. Is it possible to receive the ICS software and firmware? Maybe that will do the job.. My SI number: 1254-3138
your SI is still not on the list. are locked to a network?
you can have the ICS list if you want, you can flash it on your phone
No I'am not locked to a network. It is a phone bought in the Netherlands. How can I flash it to my phone (without loosing warrenty)?
