phone problem

I've had my Sony a few months now and I've had nothing but problems with it.to start with it changes all my setting, post messages on Facebook,Twitter and WhatsApp it also make random phone call to people in my contacts it regularly freezers and switches it's self off.

Anyone got any ideas how to over come these annoying problems
