Phone Hang - Dead - Blank screen

Hi,

My XPERIA RAY is just a month old. Yesterday I copied few songs from my PC to Memory card. After copying, I disconnected phone and open “Media edtails” to check songs copied. It has organized all songs well but suddenly phone hangs. I waited for few minutes and tried to switch off the phone. But it was not at all responding.  Then I removed battery and started phone but did not get any display.

When i press POWER ON button, it vibrates as if it is starting but could not see anything on screen. Also there is no light at MENU button. Phone was charged upto 55-60%

Even tried to start without Memory Card, but no luck.  L (I have not tried any upgrade. It’s still old version 2.3)

Anybody can help?

This sounds as though there may have been an issue with the SD card and phone software. I believe you will be able to resolve this issue by performing a software repair.

Hi,

As suggested I installed PC companion. But still having issues.

1.    When I connect the phone to PC through USB, it’s not detected. PC companion keep asking to connect.

2.    When I tried to do follow repair phone steps (without connecting phone) after downloading few updates it gives error “Server is overloaded”. It tried this 8-10 times. L

3.    Also tried using update service. That also gives some ‘class not found” error.

Today, when I connected phone to PC through USB it seems I accidently pressed Volume-Up button and then LED at menu button turns Blue. What does it indicate?
