Phone doesn't recognize SD-card

i have a problem with my sd card my mobil phone don t recognize my sony ericsson sd hc card 16 go i don t understand help me please.

Backup everything on your SD card and reformat the SD card. 

Also on the first post of this thread > click on Options (drop down menu) Edit > edit the thread so its on English and also the title
