phone crashes constantly

I have a Verizon Sony Ericsson xperia play r800x and it crashes and restarts 15-20 times a day. The phone also does not appear to have the advertised 512m of RAM. It only shows that it has 368m.

it does have 512MB of RAM but not all RAM it's accessible by the user, some it's reserved for the OS

regarding reboots it might be an app acting up, repair it with either SUS or PCC
