PCC Repairing

When ever i try to repair my phone i get this mesage ?

Are you sure you are trying to repair or are you checking for updates

To perform a repair switch off your phone - start PC Companion then click on Support zone then update my phone/tablet then in Blue select Repair my phone/tablet - Follow the onscreen instructions and when prompted making sure your phone is switched off hold volume down and connect your USB cable

If Thommo's solution does not help, there might be a firewall and/or an anitivirus program on your computer that is blocking the program. You may need to make exceptions for PC Companion in the firewall/antivirus to be able to perform an update / repair.

its works on other phones . only on my z2.
