PC Companion not working properly

I have installed PC companion for my xperia Sola, but after installation i am just getting a blank screen and no option for backup etc.

I am attaching screen shot.

I had some other problem like screen flickering, loss of network and the above mentioned issue.

I took my phone to Sony service center they updated the software but PC compnion issue still continues.

Sony Xperia Support please help.

hello there, I’ve got the same problem as you with my Sony pc companion its only showing a blank scream once the program has loaded on the disk top, did you solve the issue if so please tell me how. Thanks if you can offer any help.

try windows repair all in one from tweaking .com worked for me..i think its a software issue
