PC Companion crashes

i just had reinstall the OS on my xperia T, now im trying to restore my data from the pc compaino every time i do it there is a black screen for hours.

is there any other way of restoring my data from my pc companion ?

Disconnect your phone, restart PC Companion.

Start back up with no phone connected, click magnifying glass icon to browse files, you should be able to copy/extract data to you computer.

Takes a while to show files so be patient.
