PC Companion can't connect to internet

I have allowed pc companion in windows firewall. i have tested proxy settings and its shows that  "pc companion was successful to connect to internet".. But as soon as I go to home and try to download support zone it shows " application is available for download connect to internet and try again." What to do? plzz help?

Disable your firewall and antivirus and check again

I have the same problem than Cooloser and it's not a firewall or antivirus problem.

Pc companion is broken and is obviously unable to work through a proxy
