Otg Problem in xperia ray

Hi.

I am currently on ics 4.1.B.0.587 i recently purchased a otg cable for my xperia now problem i am facing that when I attached mouse to it its working perfectly but when i attached my pendrive both in ntfs & fat32 verison it not supporting or i had to do something in my phone to work

please help...

i have rooted my phone can you please let me explain how can i do this...& how to install cwm recovery..
