Dear all,

Last some day back i recieve a massage in our screen for update 11.1.8 like, when i updating to connect my computer & mobile updation on process after update our phone not open properly after sony screen, nex experia screen then hang our mobile please help

Starting the phone after an update may take some time. If waiting 10-20 minutes doesn't help i recommend that you repair the phones software using a computer.

Start PC Companion without connecting the phone, go to Support zone -> Software update and click the repair option.
