I have tried ..
'hard reset' and
every possible combination of SIM exchange like
another telenor SIM but it is not working.. even every other SIM cards(other telecom operator) are working.
Even phone shows "SIM toolkit" app in which there is label of uninor at top but still there is NO SIGNAL
I have checked Signal Strength from system setting -> about phone -> status -> which is -79 bBm 11 asu to -91 bBm ..
Plz tell me what can i do for this..??

Welcome to the community.
If your handset isn't locked to a specific carrier as Phy suggests, then you will need to contact the network that you are having the issue with (telenor) for assistance, as the phone seems to be OK since it is accepting other SIM cards.
No, there no SIM lock.
