Hi

on a number of occasions my phone has frozen and will not light up when i press the power button to wake it up. it is still on though as it will flash and the hotspot still works as does the camera button. the only way to unfreeze it is to do a full reset which is annoying. any ideas why this is happening????

Stamina mode is on. That is the only powersaver

It keeps crashing... Trying safe mode now. Is there a way to restore factory settings?

I have the same problem. Thought I fixed it by doing a reinstall by the phone. After that I did not have a problem untill 5 mins ago. It did it again and I had to do a hard reset.

The screen still reacts to my touch as I can unlock it, and the backlight turns on, but the display doesn't seem to start up.

Just had it happen to me again, just tried to plug in the charger and the screen turned on. Seems like a very weird issue.
