ok google command feature

I updated my xperia z1 compact to last version (4.4.4). Google updated google search with "ok google" voice command in my language (Spanish), and is not working. I have a tablet, and other phones, but only on my xperia z1 compact dont work. There is a problem with this on z1 compact?

Hi, firstly, please don't think I'm accusing anyone of being thick. 

I've just done the OK Google Update & when I've tested the voice didn't answer; hmmmmm? 

But I checked & for some reason the sound was reduced to zero but just for this app.  So I increaced the sound via the side bar & OK Google now answers.
