ok google command feature

I updated my xperia z1 compact to last version (4.4.4). Google updated google search with "ok google" voice command in my language (Spanish), and is not working. I have a tablet, and other phones, but only on my xperia z1 compact dont work. There is a problem with this on z1 compact?

There shouldn't be any other setting to make,the microphone should work.Did you test the microphone in voice calls maybe?

Yes, microphone works on voice calls, and.when i push on microphone icon on google now, it works too. I think that i cant find an easy solution to the problem...

I reboot on safe mode and didnt work

Will you try a software repair?

Software repair will be my last option. I dont want make a backup of aall my apps and restore later just because ok google dont work, i can live with it, but i wish it works

I have the same (almost) problem.  I downloaded an update from Sony that stated that Google Now would work on any screen and since then its broken. Google recognises what Ive asked and prints it on the screen, BUT it doesntt answer. For example if I ask it what is the capital of America it recognises and prints on screen, but it doesnt answer at all. Same with asking it to play tracks. It used to work perfectly.  My phone is a 3 month old Z3 compact running 4.4 Kitkat. Wish I hadnt down loaded the software up date.

I found the bug with ok google. In accesiblity options, i had set on various options that interfer with ok google recognition. Just deactivate all options, and ok google will work again
