notifications don't work

Hey guys got the Xperia Z when I lock it no notifications work at all... Expect for some reason Boom Beach and clash of Clans... Why is this? thank you

Do you have stamina mode on? 

a third party lock screen?

I have stamina mode on but it should still send through notifications as i haven't blocked that. And no

you could disable stamina mode and report back
