I have purchased sony xperia z1 last May 2014
It was replaced by service center in Nov2014.
I have submitted this handset to service center on 08th May for vibrator issue and lcs flickering. On the time of inward the handset engineer has checked all point of warranty and spent my 40-50 minutes.
After that not a singal call come to me for update of my handset. I had called service center last week and they have given me shocking news that my handset is ou t warranty and it was opened out side earlier.
Company has start to earn money by this way to cheat cuatomer. That's really great policy to creat revenue.
Why i repaired outside after having the warranty this is the point to think. Company has wasted my 39000
Yet the handset is lying at service center and i will file case in consumer court against service center and company soon if the issue will not resolve by the service team
