Notification Z2 bar

I've got the same problem, but after lollipop update notification bar is notworking on lock screen, but does not come down after unlocking the phone

when in normal mode , when i try to slide the notification such message , seems it is not working , but it works on lock mode , i can slide

already restart the even , i have already phone reset in factory data reset

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test the touchscreen

already done the test , but there some minor cleaning left n right part of the screen could not be clear

by any chance, does your phone has a protective film and/or tempered glass?
