Notification tone and charging problem

When i use my phone in vibration mode for sometime and switch it to sound mode,i am not getting any tone for messages(just vibration is there)...After restarting the phone this problem goes away....any solution except repairing with SUS...???

And there's one more problem....while charging, my phone was displaying 62% battery for quite a long time....i switched it off and after starting it up the battery was immediately 95%.....is anyone else having the same problem...??

Sounds like your phone would actually need a software update/repair. Which software are you running right now?

i have android 4.0.4.

Alright. And which version of the 4.0.4?

Check Menu > Settings > About phone > Build number

if your build number is 6.1.1.B.1.10, then you won't be able to get rid off until the next update from sony, possibly 6.1.1.B.54. Simply when your notification goes silent, reboot. Also while charging battery level remains the same, just reboot. None other solution works. I have the same problem.
