Notification Panel Problem In Xperia Z3

My Notification is acting really wierd after i updated my phone today recently.
I am using this phone from past 1 year and i am so happy with my device that it works so perfectly which i can brag about and i love all the updates from sony and i do update on the very first day
But today this so shocking first time after today's system update my Notification panel is behaving worst it just scrolls down no matter what i am doing. Even while typing this it just come scrolling down,but while doing other things it is very upsetting
I even immediately restarted by nothing new
It just keeps coming down
Pls help! Soon

Let's try this, from your Home screen do the following:
1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings -> Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on Xperia Home (next step will reset home screen to default settings widgets/shortcuts).
5. Tap Force stop -> Clear data.
6. Restart the phone.

Discovered a new thing in auto rotating when i rotate in landscape it works perfectly

Please, run a backup of your data and try doing a repair again with PC Companion or Bridge for MAC. Keep us updated of the results, I´m at disposal for any question.

Hey All Over There! @xavinux I Tried all the things I try repairing through pc companion but nothing worked
Alto, my phone stopped working when I tried to repair
Because update was not successful but some how I manage to start but notification bar still doesn't scrolls

Hey Guys! A New Problem Now! 'Back' button not working
And all this things just only after firmware update
It's so irritating. And my friends says sony services center takes 2-3 months just to repair minor things and charges alot.
Many of my friends have sony xperia they said this after they gave to their cell to service centre
So, I am not taking to services center I can't manage for so long without my phone and even I don't have any temporary cell.

Okay Now my device going back touch key is not working
First the notification panel doesn't scrolls down now this!
All after the update so frustrating!! (Ps - I tried pc companion but it didn't worked)
And I am worried to give my cell to sony services center because they takes 2-3 months for minor issues
What to do?
