Notification Panel Problem In Xperia Z3

My Notification is acting really wierd after i updated my phone today recently.
I am using this phone from past 1 year and i am so happy with my device that it works so perfectly which i can brag about and i love all the updates from sony and i do update on the very first day
But today this so shocking first time after today's system update my Notification panel is behaving worst it just scrolls down no matter what i am doing. Even while typing this it just come scrolling down,but while doing other things it is very upsetting
I even immediately restarted by nothing new
It just keeps coming down

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Now It Is Even Getting Worst Broda! Notification Panel Don't Scrolls Down Automatically Just Like Before As I Mentioned But Now Even After I Use My Fingers To Scroll Down But It Doesn't!! This Is Getting So Bad!

Please, also try boot your device into safe mode as explained here. If this issue is not present in this mode, that indicates a third party app is causing the problem. In this case exit Safe Mode and then un-install any third party apps you don't need and clear the cache/data for the apps you want to keep. I´m at disposal for any question.

Hey! @xavinux I Tried Doing The Things In Safe Mode But There Also Notification Panel Doesn't Response. Now Panel Doesn't Scrolls Down But It's Not Coming Down Even After I Scroll Down It Has Become Like A Dummy
In Safe Mode Too It Was The Same Scenario

But Not On Home Screen 😕
