Notification LED

I recently bought a new xperia E phone. The only problem I am having with the phone is it's LED notification light. Whenever I get a message in whatsapp, the light blinks a wierd colour (all light turn on at once), and it just stays that way - the light won't blink like it does for normal messages or missed calls, it just stays on. I seriously don't think that's the way it's supposed to be 😕

On a related note, when I connect it to my PC, or plug it in for charging, all the LEDs light up at once. Although it isn't exactly a "problem", is it normal? I'd think that just one light should turn on, and not all at once.

And lastly, I can't seem to get ANY notification LED controlling app working on the phone. Does anyone know why, or how I can use them?

on charging yellow and green both light up till 90% then only green from 90% to 100%

I could've sworn that red LED also lights up, but oh well... I thought it was some sort of glitch or something. Glad to know that's not the case

Umm... anyone? Is the remaining on (without blinking) of LED notification light when recieving a whatsapp message normal? And why the hell do LED notification light controlling softwares like LightFlow not work?
