Notification LED doesn't work properly

My phone's notification LED doesn't work properly on missed calls ,messages and battery low .

sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work.

how can I fix this issue ?

What build number and Android version are your running on?

Menu > Settings > About phone.

I got the same problem . Relate informate as below:

build number:4.1B.0.431

Anroid version:4.0.4

How can I fix this?
