Notification icon z3 compact tablet

I have an icon appear today on the notification bar on my tablet and have no idea what it means.  Can anyone tell me please? Thanks

I have the same icon on notification bar but can't find any information anywhere...

Yeah, I get that sometimes too. Only way to get rid of it is to restart, a bit annoying...
