Notification Bar and Return/home/process does not work

Face a serious problem with my smartphone , where the basic / core functions , return home and processes and the top bar of notification does not work.
I made the phone reset to factory settings, but the problem persists.
Can someone help me?

After software/firmware update my xperia back/home/recent buttons failed to function? Before i did the software updating these buttons work so well.

I've seen this before, check if there are any cracks on the screen, you can also test your phone on >>> safe mode

does anyone know how to solve this problem? unfortunately already checked everything I could , I do not rechaduras on the screen, did the backup and reset to factory settings , I repair the PC companion and did not work, someone ae already had this problem and managed to solve this ?

I'm afraid that if a software repair didn't help you need to send your phone in to an authorised service center for further examination. You can contact your Local support team for information on how to proceed if need be.

I have/had the same problem. First the notification bar doesn't work well, and then the soft-keys was defect.

Send my phone to Sony. Now I will wait for a reply.
