Notification Bar and Return/home/process does not work

Face a serious problem with my smartphone , where the basic / core functions , return home and processes and the top bar of notification does not work.
I made the phone reset to factory settings, but the problem persists.
Can someone help me?

Can you check the screen for small cracks? Go into settings-about phone-diagnostics and test the screen.
