Yesterday I turned off my phone at school during programmation, and i got 8 %. Then i switched it on just after, and it didn't worked. I taught it was because of the lack of battery, but it charged all night and didn't work. when it charged i didn't got the LED, and i tried to do a soft reset. Then I used Bridge for mac and the software is not recognizing it. What should I do ?
Hi,
I have a similar issue with my T3.
Here is a quick gif to show you what the problem is : https://gfycat.com/WelltodoInfamousFirefly
As you can see, when the phone is plugged in with the wall charger, he keeps doing this loop.
I tried holding the Volume UP + Power button, plug the charger, got the three vibration, but the issue is still here.
I let the phone plugged in for an hour, doing his loop-thing, unplugged it, tried to switch on the phone, but nothing happen. No notification light, nothing on screen, no vibration...
Any idea ?
Thanks
@Skaaj
Have you also tried the small "off" button found behind the cover for the micro SIM card slot (check here for more detailed instructions)? See if you can force a power off using that button and if you can charge the device normally afterwards.
If this does not work you should see if you can perform a software repair using PC Companion with the help of a PC.
Hi Christofer,
Thanks for your answer.
Holding the small "off" button while the phone is not plugged on the charger doesn't do anything, neither when the phone is plugged in the charger. He keeps doing is loop.
Concerning the Sofware Repair, I can't perform it, as the phone won't connect to my PC. Connecting the USB cable while pressing the Volume Down button doesn't work. The phone's LED flash red then quickly green and shuts down, only to do the same loop (red then green,...)
I see, in that case you should get your phone examined further at one of our authorised service centers. Contact your Local support team for more information on how to proceed from here.
