Not switching on

hi , 

i got sony xperia p LT22I

i had a probelm with the power it drops to 0% and rise to 60% by itself , i change the battary , mobile worked for 2 weeks 

the the mobile didn't power up

i got the vibration that happen when u start the mobile then i don't get any data on screen , there is a led next to the camera falsh red and stop , i try to connect it to pc , sony pc companion dose not recognize the mobile , i try to connect it to Emma and Flashtool and start it up , Emma get the mobile but it's locked , Flashtool recognize it too and i don't wanna to flash it , i have data i need 

is there a way to

Emma will only work if your bootloader is unlocked - Have you tried connecting your device to a power source then hold both volume up and power until you feel 3 vibrations then release and leave to charge for a few hours

yeah i have , with a samsung and sony even the laptop

i get green LED then press power button mobile do the 1st vibration and then there is no data on screen
