I have done so, numerous times. However no one has had the courtesy to respond to my emails or tweets about it.
On chat I was told that the offer would be extended because they were aware of the issue... next day out of stock, offer gone.
So I'll be cancelling my Z2 phone pre-order too. Terrible service I'm afraid.
I had a terrible response from Customer services who just stated, the offer wasn't valid anymore so we can't send you a free dock even though the offer didn't work at any point during the pre-order period.
I've emailed them back and copied in Sony Mobile's CEO with the hope I'll finally get some customer service from them.
Not only wasn't it clear but actually it didn't work, if you placed both in the cart it would have charged you the full amount anyway
