Not calling possible when outside

When iam outside my phone calls, i want to answer but not possible becouse my phone freezes, i can do nothing anymore, than i have to put my fone off and start to login etc after a while.
What can i do

I have my fone on safemode always so thats no problem

I did some tests on my fone and 1 app, buienradar, had 10 mistakes, so i delete this app, maybe it helps

No, problem. Yes, that could be the problem, if not keep checking apps as you are doing since it does seem to be most likely caused by a third-party app.
