Not able to copy large folders

I am not able to copy folders contaning large numbers of files after updating to jellybean it keeps calculating forever and then showing 3 hours 45 mins just for 1gb tried all available usb ports in my pc and on laptop too.

Does anyone else facing this problem? Any solution.

Multiple file formats basically its a folder contains game.

Individual files are 2,088 in 218 folders in ICS copying speed was lighting fast in JB it sucks.
