No voice during call

Hello,

recently during calls i don't hear anything, wether the other person nor the free line signal. It occurs when i call people or get called. The other person can hear me speak.

Everything works fine with headset or speaker output.

Android Version: 6.0.1

Build-No: 23.5.A.1.291

Can anybody help me?

Yes, i tried safe mode and companion software repair. Both didn't help.
