Facebook won't load

My Facebook app and messenger won't load on WiFi and mobile data. All other apps on my phone are working fine. I have forced stop, disabled, restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled messenger, cleared all open apps and still can't get it to work. Help!

since this is a third party app, you have to contact the app developer, with that said, uninstall it > restart the phone > re-download the app

make sure to get the app from the playstore

I am having the same problem, ever since I updated to android 6.0 i haven't been able to log in. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

You'll have to contact FB's developers regarding this, as it's not a Sony app.

Same problem here, updated to android 6.0.1 or whatever it is, also combining the latest facebook update, and voila, try to reconnect with facebook and it says i have a problem with my internet connection, which is a loading of bull....

Don't forget to contact Facebook's devs on this.

If and when i get time, i will send them a message, just hate how when something aint broke why fix it or update it when it is not necessary.

Indeed, facebook has been changing their app permissions and messing a lot lately.
