I think my Xperia ZR might have gone haywire now, I'm not getting any sound from it at the moment. It is as if it thinks it has a headphone connected even though it's disconnected.
I have tried some tips from here, delete smartconnect, restart etc. but it doesn't help. Smart connect still acts in some ways, when I plug my headphones they start spotify.
Only way I can answer calls are by activating the eternal loudspeakers.
Any tips on what to do?

Settings-apps-all-smart connect, clear data. Also, try to unplug the headphones while listening to music,do it several times.
Doesn't help, it always thinks there are som headphones connected. WIll try to reset the entire phone when I get home. Otherwise I guess the headphone connector has to be replaced.
Yes,you can try a software repair:

It seems to be solved now, apparently it was some dust/dirt in the headphone connecxtion which made the device think that headset was always plugged,
Great.
Thanks!
After all the technical suggestions: clearing app caches & data, uninstalling sound apps, software repair (!) this is what worked:
> Bit of tissue rolled up tightly and twisted into the headphone jack
> Blowing into the headphone jack
> Inserting and removing headphones about 10 times
> more blowing and cleaning
Now it works again!
