no letters

my phone sony experia z2
on my keyboard (when typing a text message) is missing the letter: ( ї )
How do I solve this problem ??

привіт я з України
в мене на клавіатурі (коли набираю текстове повідомлення) відсутня буква: ( ї )
як мені вирішити цю проблему??

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

As far as I know, there are no layout variant you can choose for the Ukrainian language. But you should be able to get this letter if you long press at the "i" letter.
