I think SONY wants to include New Smart Connect app instead of  LiveWare™ Manager.

Relax! Currently the guys with big brains from XDA working on CyanogenMod 9.1 and 10 for Xperia U. This means that you will probably have the best ROM for Xperia U - before by Sony release its update ...

Now I understand it all. After deeper checking of this forum it looks that most of problems with all SW versions came from users from India region. I checked also Xperia S and P forums.

Anyway - everybody - don't expect stable ICS . Look on S and P forums and their problems after upgrade
