No hotspot/tethering option

I can't upload a picture, but when I go settings-->More... There isn't a enable hotshpot option.
Please help. Thanks.

Neither in quick settings you don't have tethering and portable hotspot?

This can be removed by network. My old network removed hotspot function from my old iPhone.

I just checked with the provider. They said there's an app for tethering instead of the function under options
